Shipping & Returns Policy

‍PureLee Farms offers Free Standard Shipping on all products via USPS, FedEx and/or UPS. 

Expected delivery within 3-12 business days.

Refunds and Exchanges

PureLee Farms does not provide refunds nor exchanges for delivered or opened products. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange of damaged and unusable products, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after 15 days from date of purchase. 

PureLee Farms is not responsible for return shipping costs and shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Gift cards are non-refundable.

The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.  At its sole discretion, PureLee Farms may replace product proven to be lost by USPS or UPS, its shipping providers. Please direct all concerns related to products, packaging, or shipments to info@pureleefarms.com.
